Typical Accountabilities:
• Develops and manages AstraZeneca’s approach to employee referral, maximizing opportunities to leverage employee knowledge & networks. Takes accountability for programme reputation and improvement

• Develops and manages AstraZeneca’s approach to recruitment advertising (print & online) driving consistency, quality, and influencing (cost) effectiveness of media spend. Evaluates existing framework with Employer Brand Strategy role holder

• Develops and manages AstraZeneca’s approach to on-line job boards, selecting and managing appropriate suppliers aligned with forecast, and measuring effectiveness

• Develops and manages AstraZeneca’s approach to recruitment communication materials and collateral, ensuring high quality on-brand output, including offer packs, brochures and event support materials. Influence an appropriate balance between the (cost) effectiveness of print vs. online

• Develops innovative channels to market and assesses the value of new sourcing tools (in partnership with Talent & Strategic Workforce Team) & other relevant stakeholders. E.g. social networking tools, web 2.0 technologies et al.

• Develops and manages AstraZeneca’s eCareers channel, creating a vision with stakeholders for a single global presence (AZ.com) and producing engaging content to support AstraZeneca’s EVP/Employer Brand story telling (working closely with Employer Brand Strategy role)

• Drives efficiency by collapsing local country/ market sites where appropriate. Influences on-line process touch points to ensure a positive experience for candidates

• Supports and influences sourcing plans, facilitating knowledge sharing across teams and providing coaching and consultancy (as appropriate) on the most effective and efficient routes to market

• Supports the implementation of AstraZeneca’s diversity and graduate recruitment strategy (in partnership with Talent & Strategic Workforce Planning colleagues) influencing to ensure campus activity (for example, career fairs) and diversity interventions are (cost) effective

• Participates in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including; sourcing planning, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and hiring administration

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Essential: Educated To Degree Level; Experience in Implementing change programmes
• Desirable: Educated to Masters Level
